 Mission Haiti unofficially began in 1995 when Pam Plasier began her first of many mission trips to Haiti. Soon her husband Mike took his first trip to Haiti and together they founded Mission Haiti as a non-profit organization in 2005. They have a heart to provide a home for the orphans, an education for the children, compassion for the poor and to make disciples so as to change uncountable lives. God created the entire universe out of nothing and man from the dust of the earth to be a special creature made in his image. All people have sinned and therefore are under condemnation and that God forgives those who repent of their sins and confess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The Lord Jesus Christ was born from a virgin, lived a sinless life, shed His blood on the cross to atone for our sins and arose from the dead three days later. The Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus Christ and all who believe in the saving grace of God through Jesus Christ are a part of God’s church that reaches over the entire world. Both the saved and the unsaved will be resurrected for the final judgment where the saved will receive eternal blessing and unsaved will receive endless suffering. We are commanded to go and preach the kingdom of heaven is near so the lost can be saved from endless suffering. |
