We are so grateful to Regency Hotel Management for coming together to build a home for a family in need. This past month the family of a student named Marvens received a new home. Marvens was a beloved student at the JAK Academy, a 3rd grade boy with a zest for life that was unmatched. He passed away unexpectedly a couple years back which brought about a heaviness of grief; as with all children, it is always far too soon. Marvens’ sponsor was so intentional in the months after his passing about checking in on his mom, Mazianne, and the rest of the family and seeking to meet any needs the family had. This past year, Mazianne expressed the need of a new home as her living conditions were less than ideal and she had welcomed a new baby into the family. Marvens’ sponsor and his fellow staff at Regency Hotel Management came together to meet the need of this family and bless Marvens’ family with a new home! Thank you Regency Hotel Management!
